Laundry Room - Before and Soon-to-Be After (and a giveaway winner!)

Our laundry room is just blah.

Blah blah blah.

It’s oh so functional, don’t get me wrong. I ADORE our washer and dryer, and it does the job it needs to do. But there is zero decoration in there, and I think it’s high time to change that.

Looking into the laundry room from the hallway. The door at the far ends goes to our garage.

We always store our coats in here.

I love my washer and dryer!

The deep freezer is at the end of the room. We also recycle our cans, and this is the best way to hide the bag. 🙂

Cleaning supply storage.So here’s how I want to change it. There aren’t any major changes, but I think it would make the room coordinate with the rest of the house a little bit better!

(source) I’m thinking about taking down the wire rack above the washer/dryer and putting these in. It would hide the cleaning supplies a little bit better. We actually used these exact cabinets in our condo and they are great for the price!

(source) On the left side of the room, there is a long wall and I’ve never known what to do with it. This would be perfect! I like everything about it, and it would take up all of that space. I hope to have this done in the next few months…I’ll put up pictures when we finish! (And I picked a winner for the Baby Bear Chic giveaway.
