Oh y’all – let me go on and warn you – if you’re dieting, skip this one.
This recipe would be great for the holidays, but you could definitely make it year-round. These are insanely good and so addictive. The best part is that this recipe is so easy!
Ingredients
1 pack (15.5oz) Birthday Cake Oreos
1/4 cup butter
1 bag (10oz) mini marshmallows
1 cup white chocolate chips
Sprinkles for decoration
Directions
Mix together the butter and marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and keep microwaving in 15 second increments until everything is melted and stir-able.
While that’s going, crumble the Oreos into a bowl (yes, the whole cookie…including the cream). I like these a little chunky…you could get them as fine as you’d like, but it really does add a lot to have some cookie chunks in there.
Once the marshmallow/butter is melted, pour over the cookies. Mix well. Once this mixture is well-blended and starting to cool, add in the chocolate chips. They might melt a little, but not all the way.
Spread this mixture in a greased Pyrex dish (I don’t know the size – it’s the one smaller than the 9×13″ one). Immediately decorate with the sprinkles and press in a little with a spoon.
Let this mixture cool for at least an hour. Cut into squares and enjoy!
