There's just something about football season and a good dip that makes them the perfect pair.
It seems like I only write about dip recipes during football season – probably because I only make dips during football season. 🙂 In the past, I've blogged about my Creamy Cajun Shrimp Dip and Buffalo Chicken Dip. So, of course, I had to make a new dip to start off football season yesterday!
We are huge Sriracha fans around here. There is constantly a bottle in our fridge – and I'm pretty sure both Noah and I could eat it on just about anything. If you've never tried it, go get a bottle now. It's incredible.
So yesterday, I whipped up an incredibly easy dip with it. It's sort of like the Buffalo Chicken Dip I make, but I thought it had a better flavor! Here's the recipe.
Creamy Sriracha Dip

Ingredients
1/3 cup Sriracha
1 8oz tub garden vegetable cream cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, divided
1/3 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
Directions
Mix together Sriracha, cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, ranch, and onions.
Pour into a small ramekin. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Take foil off and bake 5 more minutes.
Seriously, that's it! So easy and very yummy.
