FAQs

Q: Do you sell physical products? Will you ship these items to me?

All products currently in Lamberts Lately: The Shop are digital files. When you purchase my products, you will receive a .pdf digital copy. That means you will be able to download the files for your purchase almost immediately (usually within 1-2 minutes) and print as needed for your own personal use. These are not physical products; nothing will be shipped to you. Most files work best on 8.5×11″ paper when printed in full color and can easily be printed at home.

Q: When can I expect new products?

I typically follow a familiar product release schedule! Journey to Clean is released around the first week of December each year (for the upcoming year); The Year of Intent is released in July and updated in late December/early January. If you purchase The Year of Intent in the fall, you’ll receive the subsequent end of the year update at no extra charge. Check your email around release day for that!

Freezer Meal Boot Camps don’t follow as consistent of a release schedule. You’ll typically see new ones every 3-4 months.

Q: Do you give refunds?

My products are digital, meaning they can’t actually be returned once you purchase. Except in cases of error on my part, all sales are final. If you feel that there is an error in your purchase, please feel free to email me and we can get it sorted out!
Please ask any questions about products (boot camp ingredient list, items included in the set, etc.) before purchase.
Q: Can I edit these printables after purchase?
Editing graphic printables is much more complex than simply opening a file and deleting contents. I make my files with software that creates beautiful printables, but doesn’t allow for very easy reader editing. Even though these files aren’t readily editable, I have included blank sections in many printables that allows you to add notes as needed! (Of course, if you know how, you are more than welcome to edit as needed for your personal use.)
Q: What does BWDW mean?

You might already have the book Journey to Clean if you’re asking this question. 😉 I get this one a lot! In my cleaning calendars, I group together “Baseboards, Walls, Doors, and Windows” – when you see this on a calendar, simply wipe/clean all of these areas for your specific room of the week.

Q: What are your favorite supplies for putting together planner/cleaning notebooks?
