Quick & Easy Instant Pot Pumpkin Butter

Ingredients

  • 15 oz can pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie mix
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in your pressure cooker.
  • Set Instant Pot for manual, 5 minutes. Once the cook cycle is over, release pressure after 5 minutes. Stir well (including mixture cooked to bottom of the pan; it should mix in well).
  • Can be served immediately; best if cooled in the fridge overnight to allow flavors to mix.
